We’re a group of colleagues from Spontex, a Worcester based company who also happen to be the nation’s number one supplier of cleaning tools and gloves (take a look in your local supermarket, we’re the ones with the hedgehog mascot on the package!) 

We’re taking part in the Worcester Dragon Boat Race to raise money for Birmingham Children’s Hospital, to thank them for taking care of our Connor, who at 6 months old is the newest member of the Spontex family! 

Connor was born with Hypo Plastic Left Heart Syndrome and had to have an operation as soon as he was born, but thanks to the excellent care at BCH he’s now doing well. We want to raise money to help them look after other special children. Please help us by donating whatever you can, and keeping your fingers crossed that we don't sink!
