Making The Leap, an innovative grassroots societal change charity based in London, aims to transform the futures of less-advantaged young people in the UK by providing training to boost their aspirations and develop their skills, confidence, and outlook in choosing and succeeding with a career. Inspired by this amazing work, Howard Kennedy employees selected Making The Leap as their Charity of the Year for 2022-24 to support though giving, fundraising and volunteering.
