As many of you know we lost our wonderful dad last year to a very sudden heart attack. If that wasn't bad enough it happened the morning after my Uncles funeral, who also died of a heart attack.   This has obviously rocked our whole world beyond belief and the last year has been extremely difficult for all of us.

However, as a family we have decided 2020 will be a more positive year and we will attempt to raise as much money for heart charities as we can. We have a few other things planned later on in the year ! 

We must be bonkers but Fiona and I have signed up to abseil down the Forth Road Bridge on 14th June 2020. This is our first event and we are terrified !!! ...

We would like as many of our friends and family to support us as possible. Our team target is £600 so any donation, no matter how small, would be greatly appreciated.
