Story

They are at it again but this time Emily and William with their original epic team mate Fleur take on the Restless Development Schools Triathlon 2025 with a new team member in the form of William’s bestie the utterly awesome Rafe. While the Sidcot Sizzlers will go down in history as the highest fundraisers for the UK wide event 2024 this marks a new dawn for the team and so therefore a new name.

The Sidcot Lightning Bolts will take to the pool and track stage on 4th May 2025!!!

Their goal to complete a team triathlon to raise money for Restless Development, a non profit global agency that supports the collective power of young leaders to create a better world.

More than ever the world needs young people’s power and leadership to solve its greatest challenges. Every year Restless Development train, mentor, nurture and connect thousands of young people to use their youth power and lead change. A smaller but no less important portion of the money will also be fed back to the kids school to be donated to a charity of their choice meaning both a global and local stage benefit from the money raised.

Please consider sponsoring ‘The Sidcot Lightning Bolts’ because these kids are utterly awesome in wanting to harness their nerves, dig deep and take on this challenge. The money will be put to fantastic use but setting that aside the support you give shows these four superstars that through their actions they themselves can create change even at their young age and do something that truly makes a difference to the lives of others. Something we all should perhaps be doing a little more! So please donate what you can and become a virtual cheerleader to The Sidcot Lightning Bolts.

Thank you
