Steve wanted to die at home in the place and surroundings he loved and had created himself.  He was given psychological, physical and practical support by the Paul Sartori Foundation to be sure his journey was as good as it cold be and that he was prepared and ready for death. And  then when the end was coming close the nursing team stepped in to ensure he could be clinically supported and comfortable at the end when he could not take oral medications. If this support had not been there Steve would have to have gone into hospital which he really did not want.  Please consider donating to this cause in your friend Steve's memory.
