I am delighted to announce that I am riding in a Charity Flat Race in aid of the tear jerkingly wonderful cause that is The Starlight Childrens Foundation that grants wishes to seriously and terminally ill children and entertains over half a million children every year in hospitals and hospices throughout the UK.

The race will take place at Newbury Racecourse on 19th July and will be held over 6 furlongs.  This is a charity race with a difference as all riders are polo players and we will be racing polo ponies so sadly I can not borrow Sprinter Sacre on this occasion.  My fitness regime has begun in readiness as I shall be taking on some of the best polo players in the country.
