Story
Sadly Terry passed away on 12th January after a 9
week battle with Vasculitis.
I know you will all be much saddened by the news and hope
that your memories will give you comfort. We would like to thank the staff at Hammersmith Hospital for
their kindness and support during his illness.
The family have asked that
instead of flowers, a donation is made to Hammersmith Hospital/Imperial College
for continued research.
