For the month of January I will be going completely alcohol free as a personal challenge. As an added bonus, any money that gets raised through this will go to the charity Remap.

Remap are a brilliant organisation that makes custom equipment for disabled people. It’s an amazing service that I was able to see in action during my occupational therapy placement. They help to improve quality of life and increase independence for disabled people of all ages, providing solutions to everyday problems when there is nothing commercially available.

The backbone of this service is run mainly by skilled volunteers, and each custom design takes a significant amount of time, all free of charge...so your donations are very important!
