We aim to eradicate youth unemployment in deprived local communities and support the rehabilitation and progression of young people who have had a tough start in life.
Many of the young people we support have barriers such as addiction, homelessness, poor mental health, teenage pregnancy, abuse, have grown up in care, have learning difficulties, criminal records and/or have been bullied.
We look at a young person’s potential rather than judge them on their past and make sure they get another chance.
