Emma & Abi from Emma Waddingham Consulting have dusted off their trainers and are running, jumping, hopping and probably flopping their way around Cardiff's Gung Ho 5K course on Saturday 21 May 2016 in aid of Tenovus Cancer Care. 

TeamEWC is supporting Tenovus Cancer Care for another fundraiser this year as they continue to be impressed and humbled by the support it gives to cancer patients in Wales, their family and friends. 

Please give as much as you can - it will help spur on the team (we're not as fit as we hoped!) and Tenovus Cancer Care will be forever grateful.
