May 4th 2020 marks 3 years since we lost the beautiful soul who is Talan Penny. Talan, my friend, a son and a brother, was just 19 when he died from Rhabdomyosarcoma, a rare form of Cancer.

I would like to dedicate my live Legs Bums and Tums class to Talan and am asking for a suggested £3 donation to his trust to take part in the class.
