I am Tal Berke, I am seven years old but will have just turned 8 when I do this challenge with my Dad to climb the highest mountain in Wales, Snowdon, which is 1085 meters high. 

I am doing this challenge to help children less fortunate than me but who are very fortunate to be supported by an amazing charity called the Friendship Circle.

The Friendship Circle is two years older than me. In the 10 years since it started, it has improved the lives of many vulnerable people with physical and learning difficulties in our community through improved social opportunities, fun days and nights out and the commitment of a group of fantastic volunteers.

The Friendship Circle volunteers run 4 social activities every week. These include our art, dance, photography, day trips and regular visits to Brookvale Care home.

The volunteers also provide education to schools about disabilities to change perceptions, run employment programmes and provide 'buddies'. 

Nobody should feel alone or be without friends. Help me to help the Friendship Circle.
