Tyne Bridge Harriers Charity Relay Race, 4 March 2012

Story

On Saturday 21st April 2012 Tyne Bridge Harriers will be holding a 50 mile relay race on the Newcastle Gateshead Quayside. Members of the running club will each complete a 1 mile lap on the "Great Way" around the Quayside.

The race will take place between 10 am and 5pm so please come along and support the runners.

Tyne Bridge Harriers would like to support the FHLTA charity for the fantastic work they do at the Freeman Hospital.

About the charity

To help and support heart and lung transplant patients of the Freeman Hospital, Newcastle upon Tyne both financially and by providing facilities for recreation to enable them to improve their condition. Also to educate the public of the need for organ donation.
