run complete! 10k in 59:44

In 2012 I was diagnosed with Brain tumour on my left optical nerve. It was completely removed leaving me with little after effects other than partial vision loss in my left eye.  I am one of the lucky ones! Brain trust have been fantastic in supporting me through the whole journey, even now as I await results from my latest MRI to see if the pesky thing is back.

In 2013 we raised near on £1000 eating cake and drinking tea, this year in order to counter act far too much cake eating I am attempting the St David's day 10k through them beautiful city of Cardiff.  

If you would like to donate that's great, but the main thing I ask all my friends is to not ignore random medical symptoms, whatever they are, get checked! Particularly your eyes, visit the optician regularly x

I am truly blessed with an amazing support network, particularly my amazing husband, not everyone is this lucky x
