Story
I became familiar with the YMCA because of their amazing Inclusion Services program which allowed my daughter Gabriella to attend daycare at the Y and receive the extra care she needed, free of charge. The Gateway Region Y provides inclusion services to > 1,000 individuals annually.
I joined their metro board of directors 5 years ago so I could help them bring these and other services to our communities (diabetes prevention, stem and reading programs, food insecurity, teen government, and so many more).
Please consider joining me with a donation to help the YMCA continue providing services to families in need.
The Gateway Region YMCA serves more than 325,000 individuals annually through membership and programs. The Y works hard to tackle important needs in our community such as quality affordable childcare, access to needed personal hygiene items, teaching our kids to be safe around water, establishing healthier lifestyles, and giving our senior citizens a place to belong and encouraging social connections. The YMCA is a place where connections create a sense of belonging and impact is made.
