Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page, which has been created in loving memory and celebration of Surjit Singh Sidhu's life. Grandad lived a beautiful long life where he was loved by many. As his grandchildren, it was amazing to see how generous and caring he was, and he left us with an important life lesson of always helping where you can.

Grandad often jokingly said 'no one cares for the old' (loosely translated from the punjabi of - 'burrian da haal koi ni puchda'), when talking about aging to his friends. He worried about others and whether they'd have enough of a support system in their later years in life. For that reason we've selected Age UK Ealing for donations, given the great work they do locally in providing a support system for older people.
