Story

small change to CHANGE M.E. Challenge 2016!

The idea is simple......grab a container or piggy bank, collect any small change you have (I collect 1p 2p and 5p coins), when the container is full, count up what is there, take the money to a bank or post office to change it to usable cash and then donate the amount here by debit or credit card!

It is a simple idea which ANYONE  can join in! Please ask family, friends and carers to join in too. A little effort by a lot of people could make a significant amount of money....the target is £3000.

The money will go directly to the Invest in M.E. charity initially towards the research centre in Norwich, Norfolk and  then towards the Rituximab Trial Fund.

A little about me.....My name is Sue. I was very fit and healthy until 1993 when I contracted a virus......I never fully recovered....I was diagnosed with M.E. in 1995. I know the horrors of this illness and will do anything I can to help bring research and hopefully treatment and a cure.

A little about M.E.......Myalgic Encephalomyelitis is a debilitating and disabling illness affecting both cognitive and physical functioning. It can affect any person of any age, and its effects on life style are profound......often leading a sufferer to be housebound and dependent on others. There are a range of horrid symptoms and currently NO CURE......

.......PLEASE HELP US TOWARDS OUR GOAL. Thank you.
