Jane bravely fought pancreatic cancer for nearly a year, always keeping a positive outlook and she never complained.  

She loved life and was an inspiration to everyone,  she was talented, caring, beautiful and a wonderful mother. 

Hospice at Home were excellent in their care and treatment, as were the MacMillan Nurses along the way.  Jane requested donations to St Michael's Hospice instead of flowers.
