Steve asked for all donations in his memory to be given to Heartlands Cystic Fibrosis Centre, a charity that Steve was passionately involved in. 

Steve received fantastic care from the team on Ward 26 throughout his adult life. 

We are eternally grateful to everyone at Heartlands Hospital  many of whom became lifelong friends.
