I realise that times are hard at the moment but have decided to shave my head for the charity fdamh. This is close to me on a personal note and have recieved amazing support from them myself. Mental health is so important and is not something that is easy to talk about. In these hard times everyones mental health will be challenged and I wanted to raise a bit of money for this fantastic charity to help them continue to support people in a time where there service will be in even more demand.
