I aim to get moving and raise funds for families affected by childhood cancer. I will be completing a 100k row in segments over the month of September. Why am I doing this? On average families and patients affected by childhood cancer face the huge financial burden of extra travel costs due to a 60-mile round trip for treatment at their primary care centre. By completing the 100k I am gaining just a small insight into how difficult life is for these families, whilst at the same time raising awareness and hopefully a few pounds.
