In January of next year I will attempting to climb Mt Kilimanjaro with my friend Shaun. This is a personal task for Shaun who's son spent several months last year in Bristol childrens hospital burns unit so we are aiming, together, to raise money for their intensive care unit.

My friend Shaun is a driven man who is tireless in his effort to raise money for the bristol burns unit. How can any of us know what my friend went through when he was sat at his little boys bed side.My friend shaun feels he owes a very big debt to the bristol burns unit and i want to back him 100%. Its a shame that we only seem to take a step back and look at things when faced with personal sad events that life may throw at us.

Many of us take so much for granted....Many of thease specialist units are run on an ever decreasing budget.

Sometimes we have to give a litte back......

Life seems to move at such pace and often we overlook the things that matter.
