The East Lancashire Masonic Charity (ELMC) provides retirement care, benevolence and community grants throughout East Lancashire.

As Chairman of ELMC’s Fundraising Committee I have decided to take a pro-active stance during this extensive period of lockdown/social distancing and partake in a little COVID-safe fundraising myself.

I am therefore planning to raise money and awareness of ELMC by braving the challenge to not cut my hair or beard for a full 12 months, this started from 17th March 2020!

I am still going strong and have now agreed to wait until our big event, The ELMC Sponsored Walk on Sunday 25^th July 2021, to have the whole lot shaved off after the walkers have finished.
