There has been continual change that has been happening since late January in relation the Covid-19 pandemic in all aspects of life be it quarantine, restrictions to shopping, workplaces and travel.

These changes have impacted us all and can be even more prevalent for individuals and families of individuals with Autism.

With this in mind I am challenging myself to run, walk and cycle 1000km in July for the charity Resources for Autism.
