In the last 2 years I have individually raised in excess of €2,000 for Aware thanks to everyone that donates to my fundraising, having completed the 4 peaks of Ireland in 2017 and Everest Basecamp in 2018. 

I hope again this year to raise much needed funds for Aware and the magnificent work that they do daily free of charge.

As with previous years, members of the Garda IPA ( International police association) have joined together to raise money for various charities. This year we have created a Hi5 challenge which involves climbing the highest peak in Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scotland, England and Wales in just 5 days between 20th May and 24th May 2019.

We are collecting for 3 Main charities, the RNLI, Mountain Rescue and AWARE and also for the IPA Laura Fund. This page is specifically for Aware.

Aware provide a wide range of services for people suffering from depression, Bipolar and other mood related conditions and for those impacted.

Your donations will be deeply appreciated for this very worthy cause.
