I've had migraine attacks since I was 15, after my big migraine attack when I was 19 & left me having to adjust my day to day life.
It now takes me longer to register and process words written on boards and screens, my concentration span time limit has decreased and day to day things I never used to struggle with before, now I have to spend twice the time to push myself to get it done for example, preparing and cooking meals.
As a result to my constant headaches 24/7 and regular migraine attacks, I have specialist glasses as my eye defect gradually worsened and get confused over small things that may easier for other people to understand.
Summer and the winter sun is my worse nightmare because of how the sun affects my eyes and headaches/migraines.
I now have to take tablets before events that contains flashing and/or bright lights to keep my headaches stable.
This trust is a massively close to me as I know and live through headache and migraine attacks and can take days, weeks sometimes months to get over an attack.
I know family and friends who suffer also with headache and migraine attacks and after finding this trust I want to look into doing some fundraising to help raise awareness for migraines For the whole of December I'm giving up all McDonalds Products, no more mayo chickens, no quater pounders or apple pies #bringiton2020
