In June I will undertake a virtual internship to assist communities in rural Fiji. My project supports Think Pacific Foundation who work in remote villages, implementing aims and initiatives for the Fijian Government in line with the Fiji National Development Plan.

During my 4-week project, I will be taking part in a structured placement for my chosen programme; International Development. As a final year Law student, I have decided to support the Ministry of Youth in hopes to promote Women’s Empowerment in rural Fijian villages.

To achieve my goal of volunteering and supporting the project in Fiji, I am aiming to raise £400 towards the charity. Over ½ of the project fee is donated directly to funding charitable initiatives in rural areas of the Fiji Islands.
