On 8th December I will be boxing Rob Worrell in 3 x 3 minute rounds of body sparring to help raise money for a community-based charity called Mires Beck.

Mires Beck has been a registered charity since 1994. They provide work experience and social therapeutic horticulture for adults who live with the challenges of Learning Difficulties, Autism and Physical Disabilities at their 14 acre nursery and conservation site.
