Almost 3 years ago my dad passed away due to a cancerous brain tumour. It has been extremely hard for me understandably, but that has not stopped me doing anything in life. I had a rough few years at school but eventually sorted it out to make my dad proud of my GCSE results. I did well and this made me even more determined to do well in my future education!
Although the loss of my dad was heartbreaking it has made me a stronger person and helped me to become who I am today!

So on October 18th I will stand up for cancer and for my dad to give cancer research the boost it needs to develop new treatments, bring cures faster and save more lives. By sponsoring me, we’re fighting cancer together, to bring forward the day when all cancers are cured. Thank you.
