So here we are ...... two years ago I couldn't even run to the end of the street and now I'm facing 26 gruelling miles with a target time of 4.5 hours. And I'm taking this seriously. No messing about;  every run and pulled muscle both past and future is all in aid of this one big day in April 2016.

The Countryside Alliance Foundation have been kind enough to offer me a place, and I hope I can make not just them but you wonderful lot proud for supporting and believing in me. 

Thank you for your support. It really means a lot. You supporting me is more than passing on a few quid ...... it's showing me that you are rooting for me and cheering me on to smash my target time and to not give up. And it's also helping a wonderful charity to educate and raise awareness about our countryside, the economy that it generates and the need to preserve our wonderful,  beautiful little Isle.
