Story

Hello and thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page!

To support the Black Lives Matter movement and to promote anti-racist action, I have decided to sell print portraits to raise money for Black Cultural Archives in Brixton.

You can choose your print on my instagram @s_trewick_prints. All currently available prints are listed in the gallery above too. Send me a message on Instagram or Facebook if you would like to order!

100% of proceeds from my first ten prints went direct to this JustGiving page and, thanks to generous donations, raised £180 for the organisation.

Now, to help fund new printing materials and keep the project going, I am asking supporters to donate 50% of the print cost to Black Cultural Archives (via this JustGiving page). I have been suggesting £15 in total for one print in an A4 mount - requesting that supporters donate £7.50 to the charity (via this fundraising page) and transfer £7.50 to me to help fund postage and material.

With these portraits I hope to honour the work of activists and artists (in the broadest sense of the word) who have opened my eyes to new ways of seeing and being. May their voices continue to inspire, empower and provoke social and political change!

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
