Story
The UK's only national cleft support charity urgently needs your help. Our income has fallen catastrophically after the pandemic, leaving the future of our services in serious danger. Please, give what you can to help us be there for families like yours for years to come.
Kyle was born with a cleft lip and gum notch in 2013. We then found out through scans that he also had a submucous palate when he was in P1. He has had 3 operations to correct these. We had support and information from CLAPA from when we found out at the 20 week scan. We are sad to hear that their charity is under threat so Kyle and I are going to try our hand at raising some money and awareness. We are going to walk, cycle and run some kilometres over November - I will try to aim for 150km (about 5km a day) and Kyle is going to try for 30km so a total of 180km. Please donate to help CLAPA continue it support for families. Thank you.
