Simone was a wonderful mother, grandmother, great grandma and friend. She was warm, kind and an inspiration to all who knew her. Quick to  laugh and to find the funny side of things, she was the life and soul of any gathering. Her good humour endured throughout her long life, even during the difficulties she faced towards the end of her life, living as she did, with dementia. Simone passed away peacefully just a week before her 97th birthday and is much missed by us all. 

Your donation in Simone's memory will help other older people to live well in their later years. One in six people over the age of 80 live with dementia - your donation will also help to provide specialist support to people in and around Bradford living with dementia and their carers.
