Throughout the month of November I have decided to try that is and grow a beard. I have never had a beard in my life at all just rough me now and again when not at work.

I feel how the world is at the minute people's Mental Health is suffering from all the extra pressure's upon us all. 

I want to do my bit for my local community and raise money for MIND who help those in times of need. I feel all of us together need to raise support to help this great charity.
