We provide support to people affected by AS to change and improve lives for the better.

Story

My mother, Liz King, is among the thousands of people living in the UK who suffer from Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS), a rheumatoid arthritic disease (http://www.nass.co.uk).  For the past 15 years Liz has acted as secretary of the NASS Cambridge Branch, a weekly group based at Addenbrookes Hospital, providing physiotherapy, a specialist gym and hydrotherapy pool, for those affected by the illness.  Such groups exist across the country, and are of great benefit to their members.  We require your help if we are to continue to provide such facilities through the years to come.

Building on the successful half-marathon of last year (£500 raised for NASS Cambridge, see picture), in September of this year I will attempt to cycle the length of the country in ~10 days.
