I'm particpating in Our Time's #MoveForYourMood exercise challenge! I'm going to be doing burpees for 10 minutes every day. If you want to join the challenge you can decide to do 10-20 minutes of exercise a day that will improve well-being and help prevent the development of mental health problems. It will get your body jumping, your heart pumping and your mood LIFTED! Not only will you feel better at the end of the programme, but you will have also supported children and young people whose parents have a mental illness.
