I have set myself a challenge to lose 2 stone before May and raise vital funds for Age UK MK.

I am doing this for my own personal reasons and I would like to give back to the older people of Milton Keynes while highlighting the excellent work Age UK MK does in the community which will give me the motivation I need to lose the weight.
