I have the privilege of being able to volunteer as a therapist to support transplant athletes at the British transplant games, the European games and the World Transplant Games. 

 Each athlete has undergone a life-saving transplant and through determination and hard work enters the British Transplant Games with some being able to compete at a  high international level in the World Gameas. Our role as therapists is to support these athletes throughout the games by preparing them for the competitions and minimising the risk of injury. We are very proud of these athletes and feel honoured to support them. There is no financial to support for these games.
