Shaykul Hadith Maulana Ali Sb Nanji RA was a graduate from Jamia Mazahir Uloom, Saharanpur, India

He had been teaching ilme Quran and hadith in Madaris e Arbiya for over 45 years in India and the UK. After arriving in the UK he taught in Bolton Darul Uloom for around 12 years. Thereafter he started teaching full time in Al Jamea Tahfeezul Quran, Bolton, until just before Ramadhan 2018. 

Our respected Hazrat Maulana Yusuf Motala Sahib DB of Bury Darul Uloom mentioned in Khatme Bukhari Jalsa on Saturday 23rd June 2018, how nuraani his face was and no sign of any pain, due to all the barakaat of Quran and Hadith, days before my fathers return to his creator. 

He had been doing kidmat of Darse Hadith for the last 16 years at Al Jamea Tahfeezul Quran. He has over 300 students just from Tahfeezul Quran. 

Sadaqah is one of the most effective methods to benefit the deceased, we are launching a Sadaqah Jariyah project to build a Masjid and Madrasah in the name of Shaykul Hadith Maulana Ali SB Nanji RA and his marhoom wife, our beloved mother Salma Mohammed Ali Patel, who passed away 15 years ago and was always the support pillar behind my father, and an amazing woman who managed to raise us 8 children up to who we are today, Alhumdulillah.  

The project will InShaAllah take place in India, in a very poor  locality where there is a desperate need for such an institute.

Alhumdulillah a site has been identified (see photos above) where only salah currently takes place in District Araria State, Bihar Country, India.

In conjunction and guidance with Mufti Habibullah Qasmi of Jamia Islamia Darul Uloom, Azamgarh, U.P. India and Al Habib Educational & Welfare Trust, UK, a new solid permanent structure masjid will be built I.A. to replace the temporary structure which will last many many years.    

This project will ensure that the local community will receive Islamic education and a place to pray Salah ensuring their faith is safeguarded Insha'Allah. it will also connect the locality with the Holy Qur'an with which my father was closely attached. 

Uthman ibn Affan (R.A) reported: the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, 

"Whoever builds a masjid for the sake of Allah, then Allah will build for him a house like it in Paradise" (Bukhari, Muslim)

Please note the amount of £10,000+ is a projected cost.
