Terry studied art and design at Wycombe Art School, initially working creatively in publishing.  He then switched to advertising, becoming an art director with several London advertising agencies before going freelance, maintaining his presence in London’s West End. 

It was late in his career when he re-kindled his activities in fine art and was once described by a fellow artist as ‘a very productive painter’.  He painted all year round, mainly in the Chilterns, the Thames Valley, Devon and Brittany, preferring to paint on location.

Many of Terry’s works will be on display and will be available to purchase via silent auction.
