Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
On Saturday 30th October 2010 I will be taking part in a twelve hour writing marathon along with a great bunch of international writers on the The Write Idea writing forum starting 2pm and ending 2am GMT. (Aren't I glad the clocks go back an hour! )This year my chosen charity to support is the Ehlers-Danlos Support Group.
I was thirty seven with three children when I was first diagnosed with this genetic connective tissue disorder. All of my children and my brother and sister suffer with the condition too.
There is no cure and it manifests itself in so many ways that each sufferer is unique, making diagnosis difficult. Connective tissue helps keep your body together - ours doesn't - so it affects every muscle, joint, organ and so many things can go wrong.
Please help me to raise funds for research and treatment for this condition.
