As some of you may know I'm taking part in the BUPA Great North Run this year.

I'm not what you'd call a natural runner. One of my big toe nails is taking the training particularly badly and looks like it's about to leave me any day now. For a retired amateur foot porn star I'm taking this particularly badly. This should be reason alone to sponsor me.

If not, then this line normally works - "do it for the kids..."
