As the parent of a disabled child (my beautiful son Leo), I know how difficult it is to find activities and suitable holiday accommodation. With the cost of living increasing for everyone, it’s organisations like Phab that need our help so that the disabled and less privileged can also enjoy some of the things we take for granted. I am also running in memory of my beautiful Mum, who passed away 27th Sep ‘22 and will never be forgotten.

Phab brings together disabled and non-disabled people of all ages to make more life together – with exciting and challenging holiday projects for disabled and disadvantaged children and young adults, wheelchair accessible holiday homes, and 140 Phab Clubs across England and Wales with 8,000 members.
