Story
It is the holy month of Ramadhan, it is a month of sacrifice and for muslims around the world a time to experience what it is like for the less fortunate to live there daily lives without the basic necessities required in there daily lives.
This year SHAM opened up this opportunity to his colleagues and this was welcomed by JON.
Both will not eat or drink from sunrise to sunset, together they will aim to use this as a fundraising event to collect donations to be used for a good cause and help those in need.
Both SHAM & JON will experience what it is like to not eat or drink, they will learn the practice of sacrifice, self-control, self-discipline, compassion and empathy.
I am sure you will agree this is a perfect opportunity to recognise the efforts from both SHAM & JON and a great way to raise funds for those in need.
Please remember no donation is a small donation... it could be the positive difference to someones life.
All donations will be given directly to Redditch Nightstop who pro-actively address needs to prevent homelessness in young adults aged 16 to 35.
