Thank you for your condolences and messages of support during this difficult time.  

Mum had a kidney transplant which gave her 15 more wonderful years which she lived to the fullest!  As a result, she was a keen supporter of Kidney Care UK.  

Instead of flowers,  the family would prefer donations to this charity to better honour her memory.  Any and all contributions will be hugely appreciated.
