We are building a new boathouse to make rowing accessible to the community

Story

4 crews from Staines Boat Club (including Masters Women & Master's Men and both our Senior Squads) are rowing 45 km through 12 locks on October 23rd from Henley to Staines to raise money for a defibrillator for the club and other safety equipment.

Defibs are lifesaving equipment and will be there to help not just club members,  but also our neighbours and members of the public following a cardiac arrest. The equipment will be outside the club, so it can be accessed from the towpath and used to help anyone - Genuinely, this will save lives!

Welcome to Staines Boat Club. At the moment we are in desperate need of a new Boathouse to support the growing demand for membership & to develop as a centre for adaptive rowing. Please give generously, knowing the funds are going towards a very worthy community project. Many thanks in advance!
