Story
From Mon 27th April - Sat 30th May 2020, @Trekstock are running their first ever 34 Day 'Keep Calm and Keep Moving' Virtual Challenge. They are calling on the support of all of us and aiming to raise a mighty £34,000 #ForThe34.
Of course we wanted to get in on the action and so have come up with The Secondary Sisters Live Mini Hiits. Everyday for the next 34 days, we will be going live on Instagram to do the following:
3 Sets of 4 Exercises at 34 Second intervals
Feel to to join us daily at around 9.45 for around 15 minutes (depending if want a lie in or not) to kick start your day or to simple check in on us to make sure we aren’t cheating! Don’t worry if you miss us, we will share each days workout to our stories so you can get involved at any time!
Our fundraising page is in our linktree should you wish to donate, every penny counts, if not we would love it if you could share on your socials.
We have set this challenge for ourselves as a bit of fun & to give back, please note we are not personal trainers, although we do have the bodies for it :) , so please if you fancy following along do so at your own pace.
All you will need is a bottle of water and a mat (or a soft floor) and keep some baked bean cans close by. Don’t forget to tag us in if you join in!
About Trekstock:34 young adults are diagnosed with cancer every day in the UK. Trekstock gets them moving physically and socially, through and beyond cancer. During this time that statistic has not changed. The demand for Trekstock's services has only increased and your donation will ensure young adults are supported during this crisis. Trekstock is determined to be there for their community during this crisis - but they can't do it without your support. The Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has changed life for everyone, but young adults living through and beyond cancer are among the hardest hit. Most are at increased risk and strictly self-isolating, they're anxious about their treatment plans and feeling more alone than ever. That's why Trekstock's services are more vital than ever.
