We raise money to provide free counselling to help the alternative music community

Story

At UPRAWR Mental Health Foundation we offer free mental health support and counselling to people between the ages of 18 and 35 who relate to the rock and alternative music scene with which the UPRAWR brand has become synonymous. UPRAWR launched nine years ago as a rock, pop punk and metal club night.

About the charity

We provide free counselling to people aged 18 and 35 that relate to the alternative & rock music scene. Running sessions online, and from UPRAWR Studios, we turned our studio rooms into relaxed counselling suits so people can talk to councillors they to relate to in a non-clinical environment.
