I have decided that having had a year off fundraising it's time to do something slightly mental again!

I've chosen the Alzheimer's Society because it is a truly horrible illness both for the person with the condition and for those trying to help, support and care for their loved ones that have this disease.

Having done some running, triathlon and mountain walking challenges previously, to make it worth your while sponsoring me I decided that walking up Wales' highest mountain in full scuba gear should just about do it!

Thankfully I will have a willing bunch of people coming with me to make sure I don't overheat during the walk too!
