As many of you know, I have been working with the Family Holiday Association for a number of years to improve the evidence about the benefits of holidays for low-income and other disadvantaged groups in the UK. I am proud to support them because I know that their work really does make a difference to families. The children in these families have often never been on holiday, and never played at the seaside. The breaks offered are generally a week in a caravan park a tthe British seaside. Yes, and they still really appreciate the happy memories and fun times they provide.

The three-peaks will be a real challenge for me, as I've tried running the marathon and now a good walk seems appropriate! I'm joking, this is seriously hard effort (Ben Nevis, Scar Fell and Snowden - in 24 hours!!!)
